Be Ready Day
The FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association sponsored a booth at Be Ready Day held in Birmingham's Linn Park on September 1st.
FBICAAA alumni distributed FBI-SOS internet safety information, Child ID kits, crime prevention information, activity books, and other FBI "goodies" to children from the various area schools that attended.
Be Ready Day is sponsored by the Alabama Department of Homeland Security, the Governor's Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, and the Alabama Emergency Management Agency.
