Community Awareness Day:
The FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association will sponsor a booth at Community Awareness Day held in Birmingham's Linn Park on October 4th.
FBICAAA alumni will distribute internet safety information, Child ID kits, crime prevention information, and other FBI "goodies" to the thousands of children from the area schools that will be in attendance.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO WORK THE BOOTH!
This is the 4th year that the FBICAAA has participated in Community Awareness Day as FBI ambassadors. Please volunteer your time to support this outreach initiative.
Community Awareness Day is a day-long event featuring emergency responders, many state and local agencies and vendors. This year marks the 13th Community Awareness Day put on by the Jefferson County EMA.
