Multi-Cultural Advisory Committee (MCAC)



One of the top priorities of the FBI Birmingham and the United States Attorney's Office is building relationships with diverse communities within its jurisdiction.

To support this priority, the FBICAAA has established a Mulit-Cultural Advisory Committee (MCAC). This committee is chaired by Terry Collins and staffed by personnel from the FBI Birmingham Field Office and the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Members of the committee are drawn from communities throughough North Alabama:

  • African American Community
  • Chinese American Community
  • East Indian Community
  • Gay and Lesbian Community
  • Hispanic and Latino Community
  • Jewish Community
  • Muslim Community
  • SIKH Community
  • City of Birmingham
  • Civil Rights Institute
  • UAB Office of International Scholars and Students
